Colonial Residence is a 62+ senior community. As part of the application process, the landlord will obtain a tenant screening report, which may include a credit report, criminal background check, eviction history, and verification of rental history, income, and eligibility, as permitted by RCW 59.18.257. Screening is conducted uniformly for all applicants and in accordance with applicable fair housing laws.

The landlord does not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports made available by a consumer reporting agency. All applicants are required to complete the landlord’s screening process.

Colonial Residence complies with the Washington Law Against Discrimination (RCW 49.60) and applicable fair housing laws. Housing is offered without discrimination based on race, color, creed, religion, sex, marital status, national origin, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran or military status, disability, or the presence of any sensory, mental, or physical disability, or the use of a trained guide dog or service animal by a person with a disability.

Colonial is a 62+ senior housing community. All applicants are evaluated using uniform, non-discriminatory criteria in accordance with Washington law.
