Application & Tenant Screening Disclosure
Colonial Residence is a 62+ senior community. As part of the application process, the landlord will obtain a tenant screening report, which may include a credit report, criminal background check, eviction history, and verification of rental history, income, and eligibility, as permitted by RCW 59.18.257. Screening is conducted uniformly for all applicants and in accordance with applicable fair housing laws.
The landlord does not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports made available by a consumer reporting agency. All applicants are required to complete the landlord’s screening process.
